PIG SCOREBOARD

The game of PIG is one of the fastest growing games of basketball shooting competition.  The basic rules are:

1.  Games may be between 2 players or multiple players

2.  All shots must be taken beyond the 3 point arc.

3.  When a player hits a shot, the next player must hit the same shot from the same spot.  If that player misses, he is assigned a letter spelling PIG.  In multiple player games, if two or more shooters hit the same shot, letters accumulate, i.e. player A and player B hit the same shot, player C misses, C then has PI.  The player who hit the first shot has the option to "call the shot" or keep the shots on the "board."

UPDATE!

Steger retains #1

WORLD RANKING!

After long term litigation, Steger was cleared of any and all wrong doing.  He will retain his number 1 ranking.  The controversial Arledge has returned to the top ten after defeating C. Rolen and L. Johnson.  However since the shootout was not a recognized match, Arledge will still remain tied with L. Johnson for the bottom ranking in the world standings.  Arledge has earlier, on several occasions refused to put his ranking on the line with any challengers, especially since being so heavily trounced by the #1 shooter.  It seems that Arledge has undergone severe bouts of depression since being so overmatched against Steger.  Steger, who defeated Arledge 4 straight matches, only to lose one match, and then to come right back to defeat Arledge soundly PIG to no letters, has found difficulty in finding any real challengers for the top spot.
